Una ciudad en la que conviven casas de dos pisos junto a edificios de m\u00e1s de 120 metros de altura. Es f\u00e1cil pensar que entre m\u00e1s alto se encuentre la persona, m\u00e1s peligro corre. Los edificios m\u00e1s altos y modernos deben contar con fuertes mecanismos y tecnolog\u00eda anti-sismos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El presidente de la C\u00e1mara Mexicana de la Industria de la Construcci\u00f3n (CMIC), Gustavo Arballo, afirma que se han desarrollado materiales m\u00e1s ligeros y con mayores \u00edndices de seguridad. A ra\u00edz del sismo de 1985, ingenieros han trabajado en el dise\u00f1o de sistemas y construcciones m\u00e1s resistentes. Estas tecnolog\u00edas son las m\u00e1s usadas en M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aislaci\u00f3n de base.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta tecnolog\u00eda hace a los edificios m\u00e1s flexibles y permite que se balanceen y desplacen. Funciona con la instalaci\u00f3n de una base subterr\u00e1nea que absorbe el movimiento de la tierra. Algunos edificios que cuentan con aisladores son: los ayuntamientos de San Francisco, Salt Lake y Los \u00c1ngeles, y en M\u00e9xico, la Torre Latinoamericana, Torre Pemex y Torre Mayor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"849\" height=\"477\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/ARQ-ICI\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/discover-1859-1-torre-latinoamericana-3_849x477_adaptiveResize.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3397\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Muros de corte de placa de acero.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas placas son altamente estables y disipan la fuerza del sismo. Ayudan a las partes menos flexibles de la edificaci\u00f3n a estar protegidas e incluso si se da\u00f1an o se rompen estos muros de acero, pueden ser reemplazados sin comprometer la integridad del edificio. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Estructuras diagonales de soporte.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En M\u00e9xico, varios edificios tienen esta estructura que se sacudan en un sismo y los mantiene s\u00f3lidos. Para esto, se instalan vigas de acero en diagonal. La Pir\u00e1mide Transamericana de San Francisco est\u00e1 construida de esta manera. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"430\" height=\"595\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/ARQ-ICI\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/san-francisco-aerial098-0.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3398\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Estructura de supermarco RC.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta estructura es una combinaci\u00f3n de vigas superiores, columnas exteriores y amortiguadores. Al no emplear columnas interiores, optimiza el espacio dentro de la construcci\u00f3n. Un ejemplo es la torre del parque Shiba de Tokio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"750\" height=\"503\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/ARQ-ICI\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/03\/423_0300_2_750x503.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-3399\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Amortiguadores<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta tecnolog\u00eda consiste en absorber las vibraciones con un contrapeso colgante en los edificios ubicados en regiones donde hay mayor probabilidad de terremotos. Su dise\u00f1o e implementaci\u00f3n son variados. Uno de los ejemplos m\u00e1s ic\u00f3nicos es el de la torre Taipei 101 en Taiw\u00e1n.
