Se requiere una gran cantidad de estiramiento y paciencia. apresurarse demasiado con el split<span class=\"goog-text-highlight\">\u00a0podr\u00eda resultar en lesiones graves. <\/span>La mejor manera de hacerlo es poco a poco.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Algunos de los\u00a0movimientos cl\u00e1sicos favoritos son estiramientos est\u00e1ticos como estiramientos de pantorrilla, y mariposas. es necesario\u00a0mantener los movimientos durante 10 a 15 segundos y a\u00f1adir tal vez unos segundos si crees que no es suficiente. al\u00a0estirar piernas puedes hacerlo una pierna a la vez, e ir\u00a0alternando la pierna.\u00a0Siempre parece que un lado es m\u00e1s flexible que el otro, as\u00ed que vale la pena estirar de manera constante\u00a0para igualar la flexibilidad.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Despu\u00e9s de unos 10 minutos de estiramientos, una vez que sientas que tus piernas se han estirado adecuadamente, puedes empezar a hacer split. No hay un tiempo fijo para cu\u00e1nto tiempo debes quedarte en la posici\u00f3n de split; depender\u00e1 de ti y de lo que quieras mejorar, lo recomendable es que cada vez que lo hagas, sea mejor que la vez anterior. Siempre es importante que no te exijas al punto en el que te\u00a0duela demasiado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Es recomendable realizar una sesi\u00f3n de estiramiento 15 minutos cada noche. \u00a0El estiramiento antes de acostarse no es s\u00f3lo un entrenamiento de enfriamiento; sino\u00a0que es una manera de relajarse de toda la actividad del d\u00eda. Cada semana parece que mi split\u00a0baja un poco m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:justify;\">Para aquellos que todav\u00eda est\u00e1n en su viaje al split, recuerda que trabajar un poco cada d\u00eda y estar seguro de que no te exijas demasiado mostrar\u00e1 resultados en el tiempo.
