Mientras m\u00e1s despacio subes y bajas, m\u00e1s fuerza aumentaras.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Ejercicios de Barra: <\/strong>Los ejercicios de barra, por m\u00e1s aburrido que sean, son sumamente importantes, ya que: previenen lesiones graves, aumentan la fuerza de tus pies para subirte a las puntas y te ayudan a mejorar la t\u00e9cnica.<\/li>\n<li>Sentado\/a, cruce la pierna izquierda sobre la pierna derecha.\u00a0Usando tu tobillo derecho, traza las letras del alfabeto desde la A a la Z o varios\u00a0c\u00edrculos, imaginando que su dedo gordo del pie es un l\u00e1piz. Luego cruza tu pierna derecha sobre la izquierda y haz lo mismo con el pie derecho.<\/li>\n<li>Ejecutar varios releves.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Balance:\u00a0<\/strong>Mantener el equilibrio sobre un pie tambi\u00e9n fortalecer\u00e1 los tobillos.<\/li>\n<li><strong>C\u00edrculos\u00a0y Tobillos:\u00a0<\/strong>Mueva el tobillo lentamente trazando un amplio c\u00edrculo.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Arrugar Toallas:\u00a0<\/strong>Tal vez\u00a0suene raro, pero este\u00a0ejercicio\u00a0es muy bueno. Agarra una toalla de mano, y pon un pie encima de \u00e9l.
