Evita levantarte en tu pierna de soporte o levantar la pierna de ejercicio antes de alcanzar el punto m\u00e1s profundo de tu demi-plie. Tus rodillas dobladas te ayudar\u00e1n a darle impulso a tu giro.<\/li>\n<li><em>3\u2028<\/em> Involucra a los m\u00fasculos de tu abdomen, imagina que jalas tus costillas ligeramente hacia adentro y cambias tu peso ligeramente a tu pierna de apoyo a medida que entras en el giro.
