{"id":2389,"date":"2016-07-26T15:14:23","date_gmt":"2016-07-26T20:14:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/porrasuninter.wordpress.com\/?p=2389"},"modified":"2016-07-26T15:14:23","modified_gmt":"2016-07-26T20:14:23","slug":"alimentacion-antes-de-la-actividad-fisica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/CheerDance\/index.php\/2016\/07\/26\/alimentacion-antes-de-la-actividad-fisica\/","title":{"rendered":"Alimentaci\u00f3n antes de la actividad f\u00edsica"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Recargar energ\u00eda antes de iniciar cualquier actividad f\u00edsica es fundamental. <strong>Hidratarse y comer algo antes de realizar<\/strong> ejercicio tiene m\u00faltiples funciones y beneficios:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Facilita la sesi\u00f3n de entrenamiento, al proporcionar energ\u00eda a tu organismo.<\/li>\n<li>Evita la hipoglucemia, es decir, el bajo nivel de az\u00facar en sangre, que puede provocarte mareos, fatiga e incluso desmayos.<\/li>\n<li>Ayuda a absorber los jugos g\u00e1stricos y reducir la sensaci\u00f3n de hambre.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Se suele pensar que <strong>realizar ejercicio con el est\u00f3mago vac\u00edo<\/strong> ayuda a quemar grasas, lo que es cierto, pero lo que no implica que se pierda grasa corporal.<\/p>\n<p>Hay que tener cuidado, sin embargo, con las cantidades y el tipo de alimentos que se ingieren justo antes de practicar ejercicio, ya que podr\u00edan provocar <strong>molestias intestinales<\/strong>. Un tentempi\u00e9 aconsejable podr\u00eda ser alguna galleta salada o una tostada de pan con bebida deportiva. Por el contrario, se desaconsejan alimentos muy ricos en fibra o bebidas con cafe\u00edna. Existen diferentes factores que predisponen a los problemas gastrointestinales: tipo de deporte, edad, nivel de entrenamiento, sexo, estr\u00e9s\u2026<\/p>\n<p>El truco para conseguir energ\u00eda para el ejercicio sin que ello ocasiones molestias estomacales es comer el alimento adecuado y en el momento adecuado. El tentempi\u00e9 anterior a la actividad f\u00edsica deber\u00eda ser rico en\u00a0<strong>hidratos de carbono, <\/strong>que se digieren r\u00e1pidamente.
