Aunque debes esforzarte mucho para convertirte en una porrista, no hagas algo que podr\u00eda causarte da\u00f1o f\u00edsico.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ten en cuenta las se\u00f1ales que indiquen que tu entrenamiento es excesivo. Probablemente sientas una sensaci\u00f3n de pesadez, dolor prolongado en los m\u00fasculos, falta de apetito, disminuci\u00f3n de la concentraci\u00f3n y cansancio durante todo el d\u00eda. Quiz\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n tengas m\u00e1s ganas de dejar de hacer ejercicio ya que tu cuerpo te advierte que haces ejercicio en exceso.<\/li>\n<li>Si has estado haciendo ejercicios en exceso, conversa con tu doctor sobre qu\u00e9 podr\u00edas cambiar de tu entrenamiento.
