Las prote\u00ednas son necesarias para reparar los tejidos del cuerpo despu\u00e9s de la actividad f\u00edsica; s\u00f3lo el 10 por ciento de las calor\u00edas deben provenir de fuentes de prote\u00ednas. Los l\u00edquidos son esenciales para prevenir la deshidrataci\u00f3n y porristas deben estar recibiendo alrededor de media taza de agua por 10 a 15 minutos de entrenamiento.
