Trabaja en tu rutina de calentamiento, una vez por la ma\u00f1ana y otra por la noche todos los d\u00edas.\u00a0Aseg\u00farate de calentar primero&#8230; estirar los m\u00fasculos fr\u00edos puede causar m\u00e1s da\u00f1o que beneficio. Planea cuidadosamente tu rutina. Ejemplo de rutina&#8230; Sost\u00e9n cada estiramiento de 30 segundos a 1 minuto. No hagas estiramiento por mucho tiempo, ya que podr\u00edas lastimarse. Haz un carpado, una horcajada (izquierda, derecha, centro), la mariposa, el puente (aseg\u00farate de empujar a trav\u00e9s de tus hombros), splits (izquierda, centro, derecha) &#8230; Si ya llegas al suelo con tus splits entonces ya es hora de que pongas el pie delantero arriba en un nivel m\u00e1s alto. Si siempre te est\u00e1s cayendo estira las mu\u00f1ecas y los tobillos tambi\u00e9n. Si est\u00e1s a punto de salir en una presentaci\u00f3n o de empezar una pr\u00e1ctica aseg\u00farate de no &#8220;sobrepasarte con los estiramientos\u201d. Esto puede causarte p\u00e9rdida de fuerza y estabilidad justo despu\u00e9s del estiramiento.
