Ello puede incluir el uso de un calzado modificado, vendas que ofrezcan un sost\u00e9n adicional y protectores almohadillados contra los impactos directos.<\/p>\n<p>Para no volverte a lesionar, aseg\u00farate de precalentar adecuadamente antes de las sesiones de entrenamiento y de los partidos. T\u00f3matelo con calma cuando empieces, y aumenta gradual y progresivamente la intensidad de los entrenamientos hasta alcanzar el nivel que ten\u00edas antes de lesionarte.<\/p>\n<p>Y lo m\u00e1s importante de todo: conoce tus l\u00edmites. Consulta a tu cuerpo: si la parte que te hab\u00edas lesionado (o cualquier otra parte del cuerpo) te empieza a doler, para de inmediato y descansa. Ve al m\u00e9dico si persiste el dolor. El dolor es la forma que tiene tu cuerpo de decirte que algo no va bien.<\/p>\n<h4>Rehabilitaci\u00f3n<\/h4>\n<p>Un programa de rehabilitaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n te puede ayudar a mantenerte en forma mientras te recuperas.
