Junto a la fuerza, la velocidad y la resistencia forma parte del grupo de cualidades f\u00edsicas que cualquier deportista debe tratar de mejorar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para lograr tener flexibilidad, primero se necesita ser constantes a una rutina de ejercicios, calentamientos, estiramiento y m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos son unos tips.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Realiza un calentamiento adecuado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Mant\u00e9n en cada estiramiento una duraci\u00f3n de 15 a 30 segundos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Lleva a cabo una dieta equilibrada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Practicar yoga te puede servir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Practicar pilates ayuda a la flexibilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6.
