Nuestro cuerpo necesita prepararse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El calentamiento ayuda a que los m\u00fasculos se activen, aumenten su temperatura y est\u00e9n listos para movimientos intensos como saltos, giros y secuencias coreogr\u00e1ficas. Esto reduce el riesgo de lesiones como torceduras o desgarres y mejora la precisi\u00f3n en cada movimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pero no solo es f\u00edsico. Calentar tambi\u00e9n ayuda a enfocarnos, concentrarnos y conectar como equipo antes de entrenar o competir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dedicar entre 10 y 15 minutos a movilidad, activaci\u00f3n y estiramientos din\u00e1micos puede marcar la diferencia entre un entrenamiento seguro y uno riesgoso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el Cheer Dance, todo gran desempe\u00f1o comienza con una buena preparaci\u00f3n. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Te damos algunas ideas de calentamientos que puedes realizar antes de empezar con tu entrenamiento:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para elevar la temperatura corporal:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Jumping jacks<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trote en el lugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>High knees (rodillas arriba)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Skipping<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saltos suaves con rebote<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Para evitar rigidez y mejorar el rango de movimiento:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>C\u00edrculos de cuello<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rotaci\u00f3n de hombros<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>C\u00edrculos de brazos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Movilidad de cadera<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rotaci\u00f3n de rodillas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>C\u00edrculos de tobillos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Especialmente importante para estabilidad:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sentadillas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lunges (desplantes)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Elevaciones de talones<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Planchas (20\u201330 seg)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Puente de gl\u00fateo<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Abdominales b\u00e1sicos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ideales antes de movimientos explosivos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Patadas frontales alternadas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Balanceo de piernas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desplantes con rotaci\u00f3n de torso<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brazos cruzados en movimiento<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Estocadas caminando<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Para ensayar movimientos que usar\u00e1n:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Practice turns (giros lentos)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Saltos b\u00e1sicos sin altura<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Marcar coreograf\u00eda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Movimientos de brazos (motions)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conteos con m\u00fasica<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n puedes inspirarte viendo nuestro <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=DTc7g6MV7kg\">video de calentamiento\/entrenamientos de UNINTER<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"275\" height=\"183\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/CheerDance\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/Imagen-4.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-5509\" style=\"width:840px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En el Cheer Dance no podemos simplemente llegar y empezar la rutina.
