Cada vez m\u00e1s se habla de mercadotecnia digital, mercadotecnia al consumidor final o inclusive mercadotecnia negocio a negocio. En ese sentido es importante reconocer que hay mas de una definici\u00f3n. Por consiguiente para muchos la mejor es que se trata de\u00a0un proceso empresarial.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En que se basa la MERCADOTECNIA.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">La mercadotecnia se basa en el conocimiento profundo del comportamiento del consumidor, esto se logra de manera tradicional a trav\u00e9s de la\u00a0investigaci\u00f3n de mercados. Sin embargo, la tecnolog\u00eda y la disminuci\u00f3n de costos en el almacenamiento y procesamiento de datos ha hecho posible que el Big Data, o procesamiento masivo de informaci\u00f3n, sea una fuente importante de informaci\u00f3n sobre el consumidor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">El an\u00e1lisis de comportamiento del consumidor se hace en dos ejes importantes, la investigaci\u00f3n de mercados cualitativa y cuantitativa.
