Sin duda esta es toda una declaraci\u00f3n de intenciones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i.blogs.es\/28ba41\/intelcometlakemultithreaded\/450_1000.jpg\" alt=\"Intel\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>A principios de este mes de agosto Intel dio a conocer las especificaciones detalladas de los nuevos microprocesadores de las series Y y U con litograf\u00eda de 10 nm, unos chips destinados a ordenadores port\u00e1tiles que nos prometen un incremento sensible de la relaci\u00f3n rendimiento por vatio. Lo que no esper\u00e1bamos es que hoy, pocos d\u00edas despu\u00e9s de aquella presentaci\u00f3n, Intel fuese a desvelar tambi\u00e9n una nueva gama de microprocesadores que forma parte de la familia Intel Core de 10\u00aa generaci\u00f3n, pero que utiliza una microarquitectura diferente a la que conoc\u00edamos. Estas son las claves de los nuevos Intel Core Comet Lake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Intel Comet Lake vs Ice Lake<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Al igual que los procesadores con microarquitectura Ice Lake, los nuevos chips Comet Lake est\u00e1n destinados a ordenadores port\u00e1tiles, pero su enfoque es diferente. Los primeros han sido dise\u00f1ados para ofrecer un rendimiento atractivo en equipos en los que prevalece la portabilidad, por lo que presumiblemente los veremos en m\u00e1quinas de consumo compactas y ultraligeros con vocaci\u00f3n profesional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i.blogs.es\/31ca11\/intelcometlakevs\/450_1000.jpg\" alt=\"Intel\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, los microprocesadores Comet Lake, aunque seg\u00fan Intel no sacrifican la ligereza y una autonom\u00eda notable, est\u00e1n destinados a aquellas m\u00e1quinas port\u00e1tiles que deben soportar una carga de trabajo importante. Por esta raz\u00f3n parece que encajar\u00e1n bien en algunos ordenadores port\u00e1tiles con vocaci\u00f3n profesional en los que prima el rendimiento, y tambi\u00e9n en m\u00e1quinas dom\u00e9sticas en las que necesitamos ejecutar aplicaciones de ocio y creaci\u00f3n de contenidos exigentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i.blogs.es\/da4de5\/intelcometlakespecs\/450_1000.jpg\" alt=\"Intel\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Eso s\u00ed, m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del n\u00famero de n\u00facleos e hilos de ejecuci\u00f3n, de los que ya hemos hablado, me parece interesante que los nuevos chips Comet Lake tengan un TDP de 7 y 15 vatios, dos cifras muy comedidas que anticipan, al menos sobre el papel, una relaci\u00f3n rendimiento por vatio prometedora. No obstante, a\u00fan no podemos dar nada por sentado. Tan pronto como caigan en nuestras manos los primeros ordenadores port\u00e1tiles gobernados por los microprocesadores Ice Lake y Comet Lake los probaremos a fondo y os contaremos nuestras impresiones
