se pueda usar para ayudar al cerebro en zonas que no est\u00e1n funcionando bien&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Poder restaurar la comunicaci\u00f3n entre los circuitos cerebrales da\u00f1ados por lesiones traum\u00e1ticas o lesiones neurol\u00f3gicas es un paso crucial en la recuperaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un equipo de investigadores internacionales&nbsp;ha desarrollado un neuroprot\u00e9sico&nbsp;que utiliza la luz como medio de comunicaci\u00f3n entre una red neuronal (SNN) que se implementa en una plataforma digital y una red neuronal biol\u00f3gica in vitro (BNN).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" le conoce como&nbsp;optogen\u00e9tica&nbsp;y proporciona un mayor control de focalizaci\u00f3n que otros equivalentes basados en electricidad usados previamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La optogen\u00e9tica combina destellos de luz con funciones gen\u00e9ticas cuya finalidad es transferir DNA a un grupo espec\u00edfico de neuronas que codifican ciertas prote\u00ednas que son sensibles a la luz, tambi\u00e9n conocida como opsinas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta innovaci\u00f3n hace que las redes neuronales tradicionales cuyo m\u00e9todo de comunicaci\u00f3n es mediante electrones quede en el pasado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ya que con este nueva forma de comunicaci\u00f3n, los datos pueden ser procesado con mayor rapidez aproxim\u00e1ndose a la funci\u00f3n de un cerebro real.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLos avances en tecnolog\u00eda optogen\u00e9tica nos permitieron apuntar con precisi\u00f3n a las neuronas en un \u00e1rea muy peque\u00f1a de nuestra red neuronal \/><figcaption>Comunicaci\u00f3n<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>En el experimento se han cultivaron redes neuronales biol\u00f3gicas en  3 a 4 semanas y fueron dise\u00f1adas gen\u00e9ticamente para producir prote\u00ednas sensibles a la luz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Derivadas de algas que provocan que las neuronas respondan cuando se exponen a la luz azul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Posteriormente, los cient\u00edficos utilizaron esta red neuronal artificial para generar ritmos binarios de luz de coloraci\u00f3n azul que se dirigen a un \u00e1rea de 0,8 x 0,8 mil\u00edmetros dentro de la red biol\u00f3gica m\u00e1s grande. <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>explicando que su capacidad para dirigirse a un grupo muy peque\u00f1o de neuronas promete una mayor
