Esta soluci\u00f3n amigable y r\u00e1pida permite a los fabricantes de pl\u00e1stico integrar la rob\u00f3tica colaborativa de Robots en su maquinaria de moldeo por inyecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Cada vez m\u00e1s los fabricantes de pl\u00e1stico conf\u00edan en los robots colaborativos para alimentar su maquinaria de moldeo por inyecci\u00f3n. Con el lanzamiento de la nueva&nbsp;interfaz para maquinaria de moldeo por inyecci\u00f3n&nbsp;(IMMI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Universal Robots hemos logrado agilizar y facilitar la comunicaci\u00f3n entre nuestros&nbsp;cobots e-Series&nbsp;y la tecnolog\u00eda de moldeo por inyecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La nueva IMMI, que se ha incorporado a los productos homologados de la&nbsp;plataforma Universal Robots, es compatible con m\u00e1quinas de moldeo por inyecci\u00f3n con interfaces de comunicaci\u00f3n EUROMAP 67 y SPI AN-146.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>ROBOTS Y PL\u00c1STICO: UN MOMENTO DORADO<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El&nbsp;mercado mundial de la rob\u00f3tica colaborativa en el \u00e1mbito de los pl\u00e1sticos y los pol\u00edmeros&nbsp;tiene una elevada perspectiva de crecimiento en los pr\u00f3ximos cinco a\u00f1os, pasando de los 227 M\u20ac en 2020 a los 1.362 M\u20ac en 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> Seg\u00fan&nbsp;BIS Research, el 15% de todas las aplicaciones de robots en 2020 se dedican al moldeo por inyecci\u00f3n y automatizan tareas como la colocaci\u00f3n de insertos en moldes y el traslado de piezas tras el proceso de moldeo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas tareas se caracterizan por una alta repetibilidad, movimientos complejos y \u00e1ngulos exigentes.
