En realidad, un cierto grado de ansiedad proporciona un componente adecuado de precauci\u00f3n en situaciones especialmente peligrosas. M\u00e1s concretamente, la ansiedad es desproporcionada con la situaci\u00f3n e incluso, a veces, se presenta en ausencia de cualquier peligro ostensible. El sujeto se siente paralizado con un sentimiento de indefensi\u00f3n y, en general, se produce un deterioro del funcionamiento psicosocial y fisiol\u00f3gico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">Escucha a tu cuerpo para cambiar tus emociones<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El miedo genera ciertas respuestas f\u00edsicas, como lo son: el ritmo card\u00edaco, la respiraci\u00f3n acelerada y dem\u00e1s respuestas fisiol\u00f3gicas. Esto hace que en ciertas situaciones de estr\u00e9s, o tensi\u00f3n se produzcan respuestas f\u00edsicas, que nuestra mente puede interpretar como miedo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cuando llegues a sentir miedo f\u00edsicamente, toma un momento y escucha a tu cuerpo y recupera el control de el. Si tu respiraci\u00f3n llega a estar acelerada, puedes respirar profundo varias veces y tratar de  desacelerarla. Controla tu respuesta f\u00edsica al miedo, ya que puede influir mucho en tu respuesta emocional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">Supera tus Pensamientos<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>El miedo es causado en gran parte por tus pensamientos. Tu cuerpo proporciona un est\u00edmulo al miedo y tu mente se dispara, d\u00e1ndote toda clase de motivos irracionales por los cuales deber\u00edas sentir miedo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Identifica y escribe el pensamiento y su efecto sobre tus emociones, la conducta y las \u00e1reas vitales. Aprende a detectar y modificar tus patrones de pensamiento (por ejemplo, excesiva auto-exigencia, intolerancia a la frustraci\u00f3n, desconfianza ante los dem\u00e1s, etc.). Siente c\u00f3mo crece la ansiedad, pero luego agrega m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n. Preg\u00fantate, \u00bfqu\u00e9 te preocupa? \u00bfCu\u00e1les son los resultados m\u00e1s probables? Despu\u00e9s, imagina lo que quieres que suceda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agregar m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n y asociaciones a tus temores ayudar\u00e1 a disminuir sus efectos cuando los sientas en la vida real.
