La ira es una emoci\u00f3n normal y saludable cuando sabes c\u00f3mo expresarla adecuadamente; el manejo de la ira tiene que ver con aprender a lograr esto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--nextpage-->\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 es la ira?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Es una emoci\u00f3n muy compleja que experimentamos todas las personas, est\u00e1 presente en cualquiera de nuestras acciones y puede surgir por diversas circunstancias como un conflicto laboral, trato injusto e irrespetuoso, frustraci\u00f3n por no lograr algo, entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ira se apoya en otros sentimientos como el enojo, enfado, molestia, rabia, c\u00f3lera, odio, rencor, celos, envidia, desprecio, antipat\u00eda, impotencia, furia, entre otros, que provocan gran irritabilidad o resentimiento en los individuos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Existen dos grandes formas de expresi\u00f3n de la ira:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Externa :<\/strong>&nbsp;El enojo sale hacia afuera. La expresi\u00f3n del enfado permite a los dem\u00e1s saber que estamos muy enojados a trav\u00e9s de nuestros gestos, expresiones faciales u tono de voz.&nbsp;<\/li><li><strong>Interna:<\/strong>&nbsp;Nadie se entera de nuestro enojo. &nbsp;No se expresa.
