De ah\u00ed que el uso de residuos procedentes de la\u00a0<strong>depuraci\u00f3n de aguas<\/strong>\u00a0sea una v\u00eda de especial inter\u00e9s para el compostaje y la producci\u00f3n de fertilizantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/pbs.twimg.com\/media\/EUWnHTpXsAczJ3M.jpg\" alt=\"Resultado de imagen de Nuevas tecnolog\u00edas para obtener fertilizantes\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nuevas tecnolog\u00edas para obtener fertilizantes (y alimento para peces) de aguas residuales&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Los preceptos de la\u00a0<strong>econom\u00eda circular<\/strong>\u00a0buscan reducir los residuos al m\u00e1ximo gracias al reaprovechamiento. Es la llamada filosof\u00eda del residuo cero. Junto con el trabajo ya realizado por las universidades de C\u00f3rdoba y Granada, se est\u00e1n desarrollando nuevas tecnolog\u00edas para\u00a0<strong>aprovechar las aguas residuales<\/strong>\u00a0en esa misma l\u00ednea. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este caso, se trata de las aguas residuales procedentes de piscifactor\u00edas, que suelen contener un exceso de f\u00f3sforo y nitr\u00f3geno. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El enfoque de este innovador proyecto tecnol\u00f3gico pasa por dise\u00f1ar plantas de tratamiento de aguas residuales por medio de microalgas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El resultado es la producci\u00f3n de prote\u00ednas que sirven de alimento para peces posteriormente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El sistema es relativamente sencillo. El biorreactor se construye al lado de los tanques de peces. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El agua residual pasa por \u00e9l, se expone a la acci\u00f3n de las microalgas y la\u00a0<strong>luz solar<\/strong>\u00a0que estimula el desarrollo de las microalgas. Estas se alimentan de las deposiciones de los peces y, tras filtrarlas del agua, pueden utilizarse como fuente de prote\u00edna tras un secado de tres d\u00edas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La materia resultante tiene entre un 40 y un 50% de prote\u00edna.
