As\u00ed, es necesario observar los s\u00edntomas del insomnio desde las&nbsp;siguientes perspectivas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Ambiental<\/strong>: A trav\u00e9s de la entrevista se determina, d\u00f3nde duerme la persona, c\u00f3mo y en qu\u00e9 condiciones (temperatura, interferencias y espacio).<\/li><li><strong>Conductual<\/strong>: Momento en el que se origina, evoluci\u00f3n, valoraci\u00f3n subjetiva, tratamientos probados, estados de humor, actividad diurna y drogas consumidas.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, para su evaluaci\u00f3n&nbsp;es necesario tener en cuenta la duraci\u00f3n, origen, asociaci\u00f3n a otros trastornos y el momento en la noche en que se produce. Despu\u00e9s, deber\u00e1 contraerlos y descontraerlos de forma repetitiva en&nbsp;el siguiente orden:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Manos y brazos: pu\u00f1os, parte anterior y posterior de brazos<\/li><li>Nuca y hombros<\/li><li>Ojos, cejas, frente y cuero cabelludo<\/li><li>Boca, mand\u00edbula y cuello<\/li><li>Pecho y est\u00f3mago<\/li><li>Piernas, caderas y, finalmente, todo el cuerpo<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Para comenzar, se le pide al paciente que tense la mano izquierda, luego que la afloje y observe la diferencia, repitiendo el ejercicio con la mano derecha.&nbsp;Los&nbsp;ejercicios&nbsp;han de realizarse al menos una vez al d\u00eda, siendo imprescindible su pr\u00e1ctica a la hora de dormir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/ESCAT\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/\u00a1Vence-el-insomnio-10-recomendaciones-para-dormir-mejor-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Insomnio\" class=\"wp-image-43990\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/ESCAT\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/\u00a1Vence-el-insomnio-10-recomendaciones-para-dormir-mejor-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/ESCAT\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/\u00a1Vence-el-insomnio-10-recomendaciones-para-dormir-mejor-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/ESCAT\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/\u00a1Vence-el-insomnio-10-recomendaciones-para-dormir-mejor-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/ESCAT\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/\u00a1Vence-el-insomnio-10-recomendaciones-para-dormir-mejor.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">M\u00e9todos para tratar el insomnio<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Biofeedback<\/strong>: Se basa en brindar informaci\u00f3n al paciente sobre sus procesos fisiol\u00f3gicos para que pueda identificarlos y tomar cierto control, aunque limitado. Un ejemplo puede ser mostrar al paciente los estudios de EEG e indicar en qu\u00e9 momento de la gr\u00e1fica se presentan las ondas alfa y theta, caracter\u00edsticas de la relajaci\u00f3n no patol\u00f3gica. De esta manera, el paciente buscar\u00e1 promover dichos momentos tras identificarlos.<\/li><li><strong>Otras<\/strong>:&nbsp;Relajaci\u00f3n&nbsp;pasiva y utilizaci\u00f3n de la imaginaci\u00f3n. Facilitar sensaciones que promuevan el sue\u00f1o, por ejemplo: pesadez, calor en extremidades, suavidad en la palma de las manos, etc., toma de conciencia y&nbsp;atenci\u00f3n&nbsp;en partes del cuerpo, junto con la promoci\u00f3n de la imaginaci\u00f3n. La imaginaci\u00f3n dirigida y no justificada, se basa en proponer consignas simples como imaginarse en determinado lugar y que la escena se enfoque en un objeto espec\u00edfico y neutro.<\/li><li><strong>Terapia racional emotiva<\/strong>: Diversos acontecimientos generan respuestas emocionales configuradas por creencias y esquemas de respuesta autom\u00e1ticos, los cuales suelen saltarse ex\u00e1menes cr\u00edticos.
