Los ataques de p\u00e1nico pueden provocar mucho miedo. Cuando se presenta un ataque de p\u00e1nico, puedes sentir que est\u00e1s perdiendo el control, que est\u00e1s teniendo un ataque card\u00edaco o, incluso, que vas a morir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Muchas personas tienen solo uno o dos ataques de p\u00e1nico en toda su vida, y el problema quiz\u00e1s desaparece cuando se resuelve una situaci\u00f3n estresante. Sin embargo, si tienes ataques de p\u00e1nico inesperados y recurrentes, y pasas mucho tiempo con miedo constante de sufrir otro ataque, es probable que tengas una afecci\u00f3n llamada \u00abtrastorno de p\u00e1nico\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A pesar de que los ataques de p\u00e1nico en s\u00ed mismos no ponen en riesgo la vida, pueden provocar mucho miedo y afectar, de manera significativa, tu calidad de vida. Sin embargo, el tratamiento puede ser muy eficaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/ESCAT\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Ataque-de-panico-2.jpg\" alt=\"Ataques de p\u00e1nico\" class=\"wp-image-44510\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">S\u00edntomas de un ataque de p\u00e1nico<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Las personas que padecen de ataques de p\u00e1nico pueden sufrir y padecer s\u00edntomas como los que se mencionar\u00e1n&nbsp;a continuaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Ataques repentinos de miedo:<\/strong> La persona puede sentir un terror intenso en cualquier momento y sin conocer con claridad la situaci\u00f3n que lo desencadeno.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Sensaci\u00f3n de miedo incontrolable:<\/strong> Se puede experimentar un miedo tan inmenso, que la persona puede pensar que no es capaz de tener control sobre ella misma.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>S\u00edntomas f\u00edsicos:<\/strong> No saber controlar la respiraci\u00f3n, experimenta taquicardia, temblores, escalofr\u00edos, sudor excesivo, mareos y n\u00e1useas, dolor de est\u00f3mago, calambres en las extremidades, entre otros.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Pensamientos obsesivos:<\/strong> Los ataques de p\u00e1nico se convierten en un pensamiento obsesivo y no sabe c\u00f3mo controlarlos. La persona que&nbsp;padece el trastorno, se obsesiona con pensar todo el d\u00eda en cuando lo volver\u00e1 a experimentar.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>No querer volver a los lugares donde ha tenido ataques de p\u00e1nico:<\/strong> Normalmente la persona no quiere regresar a esos lugares donde experimento el episodio, ya que este se convierte en un evento traum\u00e1tico.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"800\" class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">Factores de riesgo<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Los s\u00edntomas del trastorno de p\u00e1nico suelen comenzar al final de la adolescencia o a principios de la adultez y afectan a las mujeres m\u00e1s que a los hombres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los factores que aumentan el riesgo de padecer ataques o trastorno de p\u00e1nico comprenden los siguientes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Antecedentes familiares de ataques de p\u00e1nico o trastorno de p\u00e1nico<\/li><li>Factores de estr\u00e9s importante en la vida, como la muerte o una enfermedad grave de un ser querido<\/li><li>Un suceso traum\u00e1tico, como una agresi\u00f3n sexual o un accidente grave<\/li><li>Cambios importantes en la vida, como un divorcio o la incorporaci\u00f3n de un beb\u00e9 a la familia<\/li><li>El consumo de tabaco o cafe\u00edna en exceso<\/li><li>Antecedentes de maltrato f\u00edsico o abuso sexual en la ni\u00f1ez<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">Consejos para controlar un ataque de p\u00e1nico<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Reconoce e identifica los s\u00edntomas:<\/strong> Es de suma importancia aprender a identificar los s\u00edntomas, cuando empiezas a experimentar el episodio, sentir\u00e1s diferentes s\u00edntomas en tu cuerpo y ser\u00e1n estos los que te indiquen si se va a presentar.<\/li><li><strong>Asiste a terapia psicol\u00f3gica: <\/strong>La&nbsp;ayuda profesional&nbsp;te servir\u00e1 de apoyo para afrontar y superar tu trastorno, ten paciencia en tu proceso, los cambios no los va a evidenciar de la noche a la ma\u00f1ana.<\/li><li><strong>Busca un lugar donde te sientas tranquilo:<\/strong> Anteriormente ya mencionamos cu\u00e1les pueden ser los s\u00edntomas f\u00edsicos que se experimentan cuando comienza&nbsp;un ataque de p\u00e1nico.<\/li><li><strong>No ignores tus ataques de p\u00e1nico:<\/strong> En muchas ocasiones no nos gusta reconocer que tenemos un problema, ya que generara&nbsp;m\u00e1s ansiedad.<\/li><li><strong>Practica ejercicios de respiraci\u00f3n: <\/strong>Los ataques de p\u00e1nico har\u00e1n que reacciones de forma err\u00e1tica y excesiva ante cualquier est\u00edmulo, de aqu\u00ed la importancia de aprender t\u00e9cnicas de respiraci\u00f3n
