{"id":49542,"date":"2022-06-14T08:25:00","date_gmt":"2022-06-14T13:25:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/ESCAT\/?p=49542"},"modified":"2022-05-18T16:39:49","modified_gmt":"2022-05-18T21:39:49","slug":"transistor-como-funciona-ime-mecatronica-escat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/ESCAT\/index.php\/transistor-como-funciona-ime-mecatronica-escat\/","title":{"rendered":"Transistor, \u00bfC\u00f3mo funciona? #IME #Mecatr\u00f3nica #ESCAT"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/EscatUninter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/ESCAT\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/image-7.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-49164\" width=\"225\" height=\"255\"\/><\/a><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Funcionamiento del Transistor<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Los transistores<strong>\u00a0operan sobre un flujo de corriente<\/strong>, operando como amplificadores \u00a0o como interruptores.\u00a0Esto ocurre dependiendo de cu\u00e1l de las tres posiciones ocupe un transistor en un determinado momento, y que son:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>En activa.<\/strong>&nbsp;Se permite el paso de un nivel de corriente variable.<\/li><li><strong>En corte.<\/strong>&nbsp;No deja pasar la corriente el\u00e9ctrica.<\/li><li><strong>En saturaci\u00f3n.<\/strong>&nbsp;Deja pasar todo el caudal de la corriente el\u00e9ctrica (corriente m\u00e1xima).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>En este sentido,&nbsp;<strong>el transistor<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>funciona como una llave de paso<\/strong>&nbsp;de una tuber\u00eda: si est\u00e1 totalmente abierto deja entrar todo el caudal del&nbsp;agua, si est\u00e1 cerrado no deja pasar nada, y en sus posiciones intermedias deja pasar m\u00e1s o menos agua. Este  compone de tres elementos: base, colector y emisor.&nbsp;La primera es la que media entre el emisor (por donde entra el caudal de corriente) y el colector (por donde sale el caudal de corriente). Y lo hace, a su vez, activada por una corriente el\u00e9ctrica menor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/unisalia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/transistor.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"368\" height=\"210\"\/><figcaption>Elementos que conforman un transistor<\/figcaption><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta manera, si la base no recibe corriente, el dispositivo se ubica en posici\u00f3n de corte; si recibe una corriente intermedia, la base abrir\u00e1 el flujo en determinada cantidad; y si la base recibe la suficiente corriente, entonces se abrir\u00e1 del todo el dique y pasar\u00e1 el total de la corriente modulada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"tipos-de-transistores\">Tipos de transistores<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Transistor de contacto puntual.<\/strong>&nbsp;Tambi\u00e9n llamado \u201cde punta de contacto\u201d, es el tipo m\u00e1s antiguo de transistor y opera sobre una base de germanio. <\/li><li><strong>Transistor de uni\u00f3n bipolar.&nbsp;<\/strong>Fabricado sobre un cristal de material semiconductor, que se contamina de manera selectiva y controlada con&nbsp;\u00e1tomos &nbsp;de ars\u00e9nico o f\u00f3sforo, para generar as\u00ed las regiones de base, emisor y colector.<\/li><li><strong>Transistor de efecto de campo.<\/strong>&nbsp;Se emplea en este caso una barra de silicio o alg\u00fan otro semiconductor semejante, en cuyos terminales se establecen terminales \u00f3hmicos, operando as\u00ed por tensi\u00f3n positiva.<\/li><li><strong>Fototransistores.<\/strong>&nbsp;Se llaman as\u00ed a los transistores sensibles a la luz, en espectros cercanos a la visible.
