Ahora un nuevo dispositivo dom\u00e9stico presentado en el CES promete&nbsp;<strong>o<\/strong>btener agua potable del aire. Sin duda, el agua potable es uno de los grandes retos de la humanidad en las pr\u00f3ximas d\u00e9cadas y este tipo de tecnolog\u00eda contribuir\u00e1 a afrontarlo a peque\u00f1a escala tal como hacen ya las plantas desalinizadoras&nbsp;con el agua del mar a escala industrial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-style-rounded\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1600\" height=\"900\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/ESCAT\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/image-7.png\" alt=\"M\u00e1quina\" class=\"wp-image-56088\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">\u00bfCu\u00e1les son las estrategias m\u00e1s habituales para obtener agua potable?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">El agua dulce y potable de la lluvia, r\u00edos y acu\u00edferos es una parte \u00ednfima del agua total del planeta, que&nbsp;en su mayor parte es salada o no apta para el consumo humano&nbsp;por cuestiones de contaminaci\u00f3n. \u00bfC\u00f3mo se obtiene entonces? Hay tres estrategias para obtener agua potable:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Potabilizaci\u00f3n.<\/strong>&nbsp;Esto supone utilizar agua dulce procedente de r\u00edos o embalses, aplicando procesos como la cloraci\u00f3n y el filtrado de posibles sustancias contaminantes. La potabilizaci\u00f3n es fundamental en el ciclo del agua y su ausencia puede conducir a graves enfermedades como el c\u00f3lera o la disenter\u00eda.<\/li><li><strong>Desalinizaci\u00f3n.<\/strong>&nbsp;Utilizando tecnolog\u00edas como la \u00f3smosis inversa se puede eliminar la sal y las impurezas del agua para conseguir agua de riego o destinarla al consumo humano. Este tipo de sistemas resulta clave en zonas \u00e1ridas y costeras. As\u00ed, algunas de las mayores desalinizadoras del mundo se encuentran en la pen\u00ednsula ar\u00e1biga.<\/li><li><strong>Condensaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Existe una gran cantidad de agua en la atm\u00f3sfera que se puede recolectar por medio de diversas tecnolog\u00edas. Aunque el rendimiento es menor con respecto a las t\u00e9cnicas anteriores, existen zonas donde ya se obtienen cantidades considerables de agua del aire a trav\u00e9s de \u201chuertos h\u00eddricos\u201d, tal como ya sucede en las Islas Canarias. Las &#8220;arpas de agua&#8221;son un ejemplo de esta tecnolog\u00eda. &nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">Obtener agua del aire en casa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Por supuesto, la cosa se complica cuando hablamos de entornos dom\u00e9sticos. Si ya es habitual ver casas con independencia energ\u00e9tica gracias a las placas solares, no lo es tanto que un hogar pueda ser autosuficiente en t\u00e9rminos de agua potable, a no ser que disponga de un pozo o un aljibe. Por suerte, un innovador dispositivo presentado en la feria tecnol\u00f3gica CES aprovecha el fen\u00f3meno de la condensaci\u00f3n para&nbsp;generar hasta diez litros de agua potable diarios a partir del aire, suficiente para cubrir las necesidades de hidrataci\u00f3n de dos personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1600\" height=\"1600\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/ESCAT\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/image-6.png\" alt=\"M\u00e1quina\" class=\"wp-image-56087\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Imagina una fuente de agua como las de las oficinas, pero sin ninguna garrafa de agua o conexi\u00f3n al suministro. As\u00ed es el nuevo \u201cdispensador de aire a agua\u201d, un dispositivo met\u00e1lico que bien podr\u00eda pasar por un electrodom\u00e9stico minimalista. Basta con conectarlo a la corriente el\u00e9ctrica para que empiece a generar agua potable extra\u00edda del aire de la habitaci\u00f3n. El dispositivo, adem\u00e1s,&nbsp;enriquece el agua con siete minerales. Pero \u00bfC\u00f3mo funciona?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">El aparato utiliza un desecante parecido al gel de s\u00edlice&nbsp;para capturar la humedad de la atm\u00f3sfera. El sistema cuenta asimismo con filtros para purificar el aire y es capaz de calentar o enfriar el agua en funciona de las necesidades del usuario. El resultado es agua potable con un pH de 9,2+ y de la que, seg\u00fan el fabricante, se ha eliminado el 99,9 % de los g\u00e9rmenes gracias al uso de rayos ultravioleta. De paso, el sistema contribuye a&nbsp;eliminar la humedad ambiental de una casa&nbsp;para prevenir la aparici\u00f3n de moho y las enfermedades respiratorias aparejadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6
