{"id":57557,"date":"2023-05-30T20:30:00","date_gmt":"2023-05-31T01:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/ESCAT\/?p=57557"},"modified":"2023-03-17T13:19:40","modified_gmt":"2023-03-17T19:19:40","slug":"limitacion-de-energia-en-la-fabricacion-de-alimentos-energia-escat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/ESCAT\/index.php\/limitacion-de-energia-en-la-fabricacion-de-alimentos-energia-escat\/","title":{"rendered":"Limitaci\u00f3n de energ\u00eda en la fabricaci\u00f3n de alimentos  #Energ\u00eda #ESCAT"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/EscatUninter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/ESCAT\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image-60.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-57538\" width=\"243\" height=\"275\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">El consumo de energ\u00eda en la industria de alimentaci\u00f3n mexicana es notoriamente elevado y puede representar alrededor del 10% del consumo energ\u00e9tico industrial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Sin embargo, aunque el consumo total de energ\u00eda en el sector industrial es elevado, invertir en tecnolog\u00edas y realizar cambios graduales en la operativa de la planta pueden ayudar a&nbsp;reducir el consumo de energ\u00eda en la fabricaci\u00f3n de alimentos.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/ESCAT\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/Captura-de-pantalla-2023-03-08-112840.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-57558\" width=\"501\" height=\"334\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo reducir el consumo de energ\u00eda en la fabricaci\u00f3n de alimentos?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Automatizar, supervisar y controlar<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>La industria de alimentaci\u00f3n y bebidas puede utilizar los procesos existentes de automatizaci\u00f3n, supervisi\u00f3n y control para ahorrar energ\u00eda de la siguiente manera:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Establecer objetivos energ\u00e9ticos espec\u00edficos<\/strong>: Este paso por s\u00ed solo permitir\u00e1&nbsp;reducir el consumo de energ\u00eda en la fabricaci\u00f3n de alimentos&nbsp;en distintas \u00e1reas de la empresa.<\/li><li>Utilizar nuevas tecnolog\u00edas para supervisar el consumo (kW), optimizar la utilizaci\u00f3n de los equipos y crear un s\u00f3lido proceso de control para sincronizar el sistema con las operaciones de la planta.<\/li><li>Utilizar paneles energ\u00e9ticos en el sistema de automatizaci\u00f3n para recibir alertas sobre el consumo de energ\u00eda, de modo que los operarios y los responsables de las instalaciones puedan tomar decisiones r\u00e1pidas .<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/ESCAT\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image-66.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-57559\" width=\"756\" height=\"395\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mejorar la eficiencia de los sistemas de refrigeraci\u00f3n y de temperatura controlada<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La refrigeraci\u00f3n y el enfriamiento pueden representar entre el 30-80% del consumo energ\u00e9tico en una planta de alimentos. Entre las formas espec\u00edficas de mejorar la eficiencia en este \u00e1mbito se incluyen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Utilizar intercambiadores de calor m\u00e1s eficientes<\/li><li>Utilizar el sistema refrigerante m\u00e1s adecuado con el \u00edndice de eficiencia m\u00e1s alto.<\/li><li>Implantar un sistema de mantenimiento s\u00f3lido que incluya detecci\u00f3n de fugas, limpieza y puntos de ajuste t\u00e9rmico \u00f3ptimos.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Utilizar sistemas y fuentes de energ\u00eda alternativos siempre que sea posible&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>El uso de equipos de bajo factor de potencia y otros dispositivos que proporcionen energ\u00eda sostenible a las operaciones de la planta pueden&nbsp;<strong>reducir el consumo de energ\u00eda en la fabricaci\u00f3n de alimentos.<\/strong>&nbsp;La tecnolog\u00eda de pilas de combustible, paneles solares y energ\u00eda e\u00f3lica, utilizadas en colaboraci\u00f3n con la red de suministro existente, ofrecen una potencia h\u00edbrida que reduce el consumo de energ\u00eda y ahorra costos operativos.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/ESCAT\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/03\/image-67.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-57560\" width=\"603\" height=\"332\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Gesti\u00f3n eficaz para<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>reducir el consumo de energ\u00eda en la fabricaci\u00f3n de alimentos.<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La clave de una gesti\u00f3n eficaz de la energ\u00eda es doble. En primer lugar, los fabricantes necesitan informaci\u00f3n sobre d\u00f3nde, cu\u00e1ndo y cu\u00e1nta energ\u00eda se consume. En segundo lugar, necesitan la capacidad de actuar en funci\u00f3n de esa informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para crear una estrategia eficaz de gesti\u00f3n energ\u00e9tica y&nbsp;<strong>reducir el consumo de energ\u00eda en la fabricaci\u00f3n de alimentos<\/strong>, los fabricantes y productores deben seguir cuatro pasos clave: supervisar, analizar, controlar y mantener los
