alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-65023\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Administrada por v\u00eda oral <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\">El equipo de investigaci\u00f3n llev\u00f3 a cabo dos ensayos cl\u00ednicos de fase dos para probar el tratamiento experimental, denominado CNM-Au8, en pacientes.<br><br>En estos ensayos, se reclutaron 11 pacientes con EM recurrente y 13 con enfermedad de Parkinson.<br><br>Para establecer una l\u00ednea de base para cada participante, se realiz\u00f3 una espectroscopia de resonancia magn\u00e9tica (MR) cerebral inicial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\"> Esta exploraci\u00f3n evalu\u00f3 la relaci\u00f3n inicial NAD+\/NADH, as\u00ed como los niveles de otras sustancias qu\u00edmicas asociadas con la energ\u00eda celular en el cerebro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/ESCAT\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/02\/image-129.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-65024\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\">Despu\u00e9s de la evaluaci\u00f3n inicial, los individuos recibieron una dosis oral diaria de CNM-Au8 durante 12 semanas. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\">Despu\u00e9s del per\u00edodo de tratamiento, se realiz\u00f3 una segunda exploraci\u00f3n por espectroscopia de RM para determinar cualquier cambio en la relaci\u00f3n NAD+\/NADH y otras mol\u00e9culas importantes.<br><br>Los hallazgos muestran que el medicamento revirti\u00f3 eficazmente las anomal\u00edas relacionadas con la actividad energ\u00e9tica, lo que result\u00f3 en mejoras funcionales notables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6
