It involves photographing and manipulating physical objects in each frame, creating the illusion of movement through successive frames<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"1440\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 1080 \/ 1440;\" width=\"1080\" controls src=\"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/ESCAT\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/copy_5EF4E0C3-DE0A-4D4A-9215-4CBFD2604C91.mov\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The stop motion process is meticulous and detailed. Each second of filming can require up to 24 individual frames, meaning that for a one-minute animation, a student could be creating up to 1,440 unique frames. This level of dedication not only enhances your technical skills, but also fosters a deeper understanding of visual storytelling and pacing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"1080\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 1440 \/ 1080;\" width=\"1440\" controls src=\"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/ESCAT\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/videooruga_heK6s0rs-1.mp4\"><\/video><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students learn about the importance of rhythm, composition, and production design. They also discover how light and shadow can be used to create atmospheres and how editing affects the viewer&#8217;s perception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this project, students were tasked with creating a stop motion piece lasting between 15 and 30 seconds. The theme was open-ended, allowing students the freedom to explore a wide spectrum of concepts from representing emotions and feelings to adapting music or depicting specific situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-video\"><video height=\"1080\" style=\"aspect-ratio: 1920 \/ 1080;\" width=\"1920\" controls
