Pero aqu\u00ed, utilizando fibra de carbono, hemos logrado dise\u00f1ar una bater\u00eda estructural con una capacidad de almacenamiento de energ\u00eda competitiva y rigidez\u201d, dijo Leif Asp, profesor de Mec\u00e1nica Computacional y de Materiales de la CTU.<br><br>Esto puede ayudar al desarrollo de veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos m\u00e1s ligeros y eficientes con mayor autonom\u00eda y aviones m\u00e1s ligeros con menor consumo de combustible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Optimizaciones en el sistema<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\">El director ejecutivo de Sinonus, Markus Zetterstr\u00f6m, afirm\u00f3 que han desarrollado un innovador compuesto de fibra de carbono que tambi\u00e9n funciona como bater\u00eda.<br><br>\u201cAl sustituir parte del material estructural en diversas aplicaciones por nuestro composite multiprop\u00f3sito, es posible aumentar la capacidad de almacenamiento el\u00e9ctrico sin agregar peso ni volumen\u201d, explic\u00f3 Markus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\">Si bien la densidad de energ\u00eda del material a\u00fan est\u00e1 en desarrollo, Zetterstr\u00f6m dijo a<em> ESS News<\/em> que actualmente oscila entre el 25 y el 50 % de la de una bater\u00eda de iones de litio convencional.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"374\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/ESCAT\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/image-69.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-68830\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\">Seg\u00fan la empresa &#8220;Asp&#8221;, si bien las bater\u00edas estructurales pueden no alcanzar el mismo nivel de eficiencia que las bater\u00edas tradicionales, su capacidad de carga estructural permite ganancias significativas a nivel del sistema.<br><br>\u201cLa clave es optimizar los veh\u00edculos a nivel de sistema, en funci\u00f3n del peso, la resistencia, la rigidez y las propiedades electroqu\u00edmicas. Se trata de una especie de nueva forma de pensar en el sector automovil\u00edstico, que est\u00e1 m\u00e1s acostumbrado a optimizar componentes individuales\u201d, coment\u00f3 Asp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A\u00f1os de investigaci\u00f3n y avances<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\">El desarrollo de bater\u00edas estructurales en CTU ha sido el resultado de muchos a\u00f1os de investigaci\u00f3n, incluidos descubrimientos previos relacionados con ciertos tipos de fibra de carbono. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\">En un estudio de CTU de 2018, los investigadores descubrieron que las bater\u00edas estructurales a base de fibra de carbono podr\u00edan reducir significativamente el peso de veh\u00edculos y aviones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\">En 2021 alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-68832\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\">Esta bater\u00eda utiliz\u00f3 fibra de carbono como electrodo, conductor y material de carga simult\u00e1neamente, mostrando una densidad de energ\u00eda de 24 Wh\/kg, aproximadamente un 20 % de capacidad en comparaci\u00f3n con bater\u00edas de iones de litio comparables disponibles en ese momento.<br><br>Sinonus ya ha demostrado con \u00e9xito la viabilidad de la tecnolog\u00eda reemplazando las bater\u00edas AAA en dispositivos de bajo consumo.<br><br>La empresa ahora se centra en ampliar la tecnolog\u00eda para aplicaciones m\u00e1s grandes, incluidos veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos y aviones, y est\u00e1 colaborando activamente con socios de la industria para acelerar la integraci\u00f3n de este material innovador en sus dise\u00f1os.<br><br>La combinaci\u00f3n de reducci\u00f3n de peso, mayor eficiencia energ\u00e9tica y mayor seguridad hace que esta tecnolog\u00eda
