Los cient\u00edficos esperan que la nueva tecnolog\u00eda pueda ayudar a que las personas que no pueden hablar se comuniquen con mayor facilidad.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/ESCAT\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/image-158.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-76469\" width=\"638\" height=\"309\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Una ICC utiliza sensores implantados en las regiones cerebrales que controlan el movimiento para descodificar las se\u00f1ales neuronales y traducirlas en acciones como el manejo de una mano prot\u00e9sica. Investigaciones recientes demuestran que las ICC pueden incluso descodificar intentos de habla en personas con par\u00e1lisis. Cuando los usuarios intentan hablar activando los m\u00fasculos implicados en la producci\u00f3n de sonidos, las ICC pueden interpretar la actividad cerebral correspondiente y convertirla en texto, aunque las palabras habladas sean ininteligibles.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/ESCAT\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/image-159.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-76470\" width=\"590\" height=\"332\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La nueva tecnolog\u00eda<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En el \u00faltimo estudio, los investigadores implantaron microelectrodos en la corteza motora (la regi\u00f3n del cerebro responsable del habla) de cuatro participantes con par\u00e1lisis grave debida a esclerosis lateral amiotr\u00f3fica o a un derrame cerebral. Se pidi\u00f3 a los participantes que intentaran hablar o imaginaran que dec\u00edan una serie de palabras. Los investigadores descubrieron que, aunque tanto el intento de hablar como el habla interior activaban regiones del cerebro que se solapaban y evocaban patrones similares de actividad neuronal, tambi\u00e9n eran lo suficientemente diferentes como para distinguirse entre s\u00ed con seguridad.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"600\" height=\"388\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/ESCAT\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/image-160.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-76471\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Los cient\u00edficos observaron que estos \u00faltimos tend\u00edan a mostrar una magnitud de activaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s d\u00e9bil en general. A continuaci\u00f3n, utilizaron la inteligencia artificial para interpretar las palabras imaginadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Demostraron que su ICC pod\u00eda descodificar frases imaginarias de un vocabulario de hasta 125.000 palabras con una tasa de precisi\u00f3n de hasta el 74 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La tecnolog\u00eda pod\u00eda incluso captar el habla interior de los participantes, como los n\u00fameros cuando se les ped\u00eda que contaran los c\u00edrculos rosas de una pantalla.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\"
