Esto esta abriendo el papel de la educaci\u00f3n musical en las escuelas y sus beneficios en la salud de los estudiantes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"color:#000000;\">Este estudio fue realizado por Kumiko Toyoshima, Hajime Fukui, Kiyoto Kuda en la Universidad de Educacion Nara en Jap\u00f3n y comparo los efectos de las actividades art\u00edsticas sobre el estr\u00e9s en las personas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"color:#000000;\">Para determinar la cantidad de estr\u00e9s se midieron los niveles de cortisol, hormona liberada por el estr\u00e9s, antes y despu\u00e9s de cada actividad. Se observo que cuando las personas dedicaban media hora a realizar estas actividades los niveles de esta hormona se reduc\u00edan al tocar piano, moldear arcilla o practicar caligraf\u00eda al compararse con estar en silencio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"color:#000000;\">Durante el estudio las personas que tocaban el piano durante media hora redujeron sus niveles de cortisol de manera significativa al compararlo con moldear arcilla y las caligraf\u00eda, esto indica que sin importar la actividad art\u00edstica que se se realice se reduce el estr\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\" style=\"text-align:justify;\"><span class=\"s1\" style=\"color:#000000;\">Ahora cuando est\u00e9s estresado dedica un momento a realizar alguna actividad creativa o art\u00edstica para tranquilizarte.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Los efectos para reducir el estr\u00e9s de las actividades creativas, especialmente al tocar el piano se demostraron durante un estudio.
