El \u00edndice de mortalidad de los negocios emprendidos por mujeres es del 29%, frente al 56% que lideran los hombres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9? La consejera independiente de varias empresas y autora del libro\u00a0<em>Emprendedoras<\/em>, Teresa Alarcos, afirma que \u201ces un patr\u00f3n que se repite en todos los pa\u00edses\u201d. Adem\u00e1s, es tambi\u00e9n la fundadora de W Startup Community y asegura que las conclusiones de sus estudios son las mismas que en Estados Unidos, Francia o Alemania.\u00a0\u201cLas startups de mujeres duran m\u00e1s tiempo, son m\u00e1s solventes, se endeudan menos y, cuando se apalancan, devuelven mejor los cr\u00e9ditos\u201d, explica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"460\" height=\"260\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/Vinculacion\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/09\/180424072554-women-working-cnnmoney-super-tease.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2492\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ante estos resultados, achaca la ausencia de mujeres emprendedoras a la ense\u00f1anza que reciben desde peque\u00f1as y enumera tres factores: \u201cPrimero, tu vocaci\u00f3n y tu prop\u00f3sito. Segundo, que en esa vocaci\u00f3n y ese prop\u00f3sito encuentres el camino, porque si no ves a nadie que te lo ense\u00f1e, no sabes por d\u00f3nde ir. Y tercero, que en Europa todav\u00eda se ve como un camino loco el ser emprendedor\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La fundadora de la soluci\u00f3n de gesti\u00f3n y procesamiento de im\u00e1genes Batchor, Inma Arteaga, eligi\u00f3 ese camino hace cinco a\u00f1os.
