Todo gracias al padre Jo\u00e3o Paulo Araujo Gomes, un sacerdote que decidi\u00f3 convertir su iglesia en un espacio de esperanza para los animales abandonados.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t9d\/2\/16\/1f44f.png\" alt=\"\ud83d\udc4f\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/tf\/2\/16\/1f415.png\" alt=\"\ud83d\udc15\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Con un coraz\u00f3n inmenso, el padre Jo\u00e3o rescata a los perros de las calles, los lleva al veterinario, los alimenta, les da un ba\u00f1o y los acoge en la casa parroquial hasta que est\u00e9n listos para encontrar una nueva familia. Luego, los presenta en la misa, donde los feligreses pueden conocerlos y, con suerte, adoptarlos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el servicio, los perros se convierten en protagonistas: se pasean entre los bancos, buscan caricias y hasta acompa\u00f1an al sacerdote en el altar. \u201cSiempre podr\u00e1n entrar, dormir, comer, beber agua y encontrar refugio y protecci\u00f3n, porque esta casa es de Dios y ellos son de Dios\u201d, escribi\u00f3 el padre Jo\u00e3o en sus redes sociales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gracias a su labor, el n\u00famero de perros abandonados en Gravat\u00e1 ha disminuido notablemente. Decenas de ellos ya han encontrado hogares amorosos. Y algunos, los m\u00e1s necesitados, se quedaron con \u00e9l: \u201cHoy son mis hijos y duermen en mi cama\u201d, confes\u00f3 con ternura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La acci\u00f3n del padre Jo\u00e3o Paulo nos recuerda que la fe tambi\u00e9n se expresa en gestos de bondad.
