{"id":1588,"date":"2022-09-26T15:11:36","date_gmt":"2022-09-26T15:11:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/deportes\/?p=1588"},"modified":"2022-09-26T15:11:40","modified_gmt":"2022-09-26T15:11:40","slug":"borrador-automatico-volleyball-siu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/deportes\/index.php\/2022\/09\/26\/borrador-automatico-volleyball-siu\/","title":{"rendered":"TALLER DE VOLLEYBALL SIU"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-medium-font-size\">Hola comunidad Uninter este semestre reaperturamos nuestras actividades <a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/deportes\">deportivas<\/a> en SIU en sus instalaciones con nuestro taller de Volleyball SIU bajo la supervisi\u00f3n del instructor <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/Deportes-Uninter-301131713356392\">Emmanuel Reza Rubio<\/a>, esperamos su asistencia y sobre todo se den la oportunidad de poder formar parte de nuestro taller de Volleyball.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/deportes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/VOLLEYBALL-siu.jpg\" alt=\"TALLER DE VOLLEYBALL SIU\" class=\"wp-image-1589\" width=\"787\" height=\"787\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-medium-font-size\">El Volleyball es un\u00a0deporte que consiste en el encuentro de dos equipos compuesto por seis jugadores cada uno, que se enfrentan en una chanca dividida por una red o malla sobre la cual deben pasar una pelota a fin de que toque el suelo del campo contrario para hacer una anotaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-medium-font-size\">Por tanto,&nbsp;el objetivo del volleyball es lograr anotar puntos con los pases de pelota hacia el campo adversario, cosa que tratar\u00e1 de impedir el equipo contrario a trav\u00e9s de jugadas defensivas como toques, ataques o bloqueos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-medium-font-size\">El proceso de ense\u00f1anza y entrenamiento para el juego de voleibol contiene cuatro tareas principales:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-medium-font-size\">La preparaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica, t\u00e1ctica, f\u00edsica y el desarrollo moral, pol\u00edtico, ideol\u00f3gico y volitivo. Todas ellas forman una unidad indivisible tanto en la acci\u00f3n competitiva del jugador como tambi\u00e9n en su entrenamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li>Mejorar la capacidad respiratoria.<\/li><li>Dar sensaci\u00f3n de bienestar.<\/li><li>Aumenta los niveles de energ\u00eda.<\/li><li>Mejora la condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica.<\/li><li>Ayuda a mejorar la salud cardiaca.<\/li><li>Coadyuva a la reducci\u00f3n de la presi\u00f3n arterial.<\/li><li>Disminuye las posibilidades de desarrollar enfermedades cardiovasculares.<\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Hola comunidad Uninter este semestre reaperturamos nuestras actividades deportivas en SIU en sus instalaciones con nuestro taller de Volleyball SIU bajo la supervisi\u00f3n del instructor Emmanuel Reza Rubio, esperamos su asistencia y sobre todo se den la oportunidad de poder formar parte de nuestro taller de Volleyball.
