Con gran entusiasmo, invitamos a toda la comunidad universitaria a ser parte de esta experiencia que combina disciplina, pasi\u00f3n y esp\u00edritu de equipo. Este semestre llegan m\u00e1s de 15 opciones deportivas dise\u00f1adas para todos los gustos y niveles, garantizando que cada estudiante encuentre un espacio para desarrollarse f\u00edsica y mentalmente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1085\" height=\"800\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/deportes\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/09\/image-1.png\" alt=\"Talleres deportivos UNINTER\" class=\"wp-image-2373\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre los talleres m\u00e1s esperados destacan disciplinas como voleibol, futbol, artes marciales mixtas (MMA) y Taek Won Do, que ya son parte de la tradici\u00f3n deportiva en UNINTER. Adem\u00e1s, con mucha emoci\u00f3n celebramos el <strong>regreso del Tocho<\/strong>, disciplina que ha despertado gran inter\u00e9s entre alumnos y alumnas, consolid\u00e1ndose como una de las actividades de mayor participaci\u00f3n en la universidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los <strong>Talleres Deportivos UNINTER<\/strong> no solo buscan fomentar la actividad f\u00edsica, sino tambi\u00e9n generar valores como el respeto, la cooperaci\u00f3n, la perseverancia y el liderazgo. Cada espacio est\u00e1 pensado para brindar a los estudiantes la posibilidad de entrenar con instructores capacitados, mejorar su condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica y al mismo tiempo fortalecer el sentido de identidad universitaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La amplia variedad de opciones deportivas permite que tanto quienes practican de manera recreativa como quienes buscan un nivel competitivo puedan integrarse.
