Funciona de la misma manera que usted entrena a su cuerpo. En su mente, los h\u00e1bitos se forman y con su cuerpo, los m\u00fasculos se forman. Una de las cosas que usted necesita para un cuerpo saludable es el ejercicio, lo mismo pasa con su mente. Usted necesita buenos h\u00e1bitos en lugar de los malos h\u00e1bitos. Cuanto m\u00e1s agitado su esp\u00edritu, menos claros sus pensamientos ser\u00e1. Creemos que el momento en que estamos despiertos deber\u00eda importar, y estoy de acuerdo, pero en esta era de la informaci\u00f3n casi todos nosotros somos unos zombis filos\u00f3ficos algunas de las veces, no es realmente consciente de lo que estamos haciendo. Dr. Daniel J. Siegel, inventor de Mindsight, define la mente como \u00ablo que regula el flujo de la energ\u00eda y la informaci\u00f3n&#8221;. Con la meditaci\u00f3n podemos aumentar el control que tenemos sobre este reglamento y por lo que el control sobre nuestras vidas.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/difusioncultural\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/meditation.jpeg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1152\" alt=\"lake yoga\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/difusioncultural\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/meditation.jpeg\" width=\"400\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 meditar?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El Buda dijo: no creer ciegamente lo que otros dicen, ver por ti mismo lo que trae serenidad, claridad de pensamiento y la paz interior. Pero algunas personas, como yo, necesitan m\u00e1s para convencerse. Por supuesto, hay una rica cultura que se ha estado haciendo esto desde hace miles de a\u00f1os y todos dicen lo mismo y hoy en d\u00eda la ciencia est\u00e1 cada vez m\u00e1s interesado en saber si sus afirmaciones son ciertas. Espero que la meditaci\u00f3n puede formar un puente entre la ciencia occidental y la espiritualidad oriental, pero el cerebro humano es uno de los fen\u00f3menos m\u00e1s complejos que tenemos en este universo y siento que s\u00f3lo estamos ara\u00f1ando la punta del iceberg. Numerosos estudios han demostrado que la meditaci\u00f3n, a causa de la neuroplasticidad, literalmente cambia el cerebro. La neuroplasticidad es la capacidad del cerebro para reorganizarse mediante la formaci\u00f3n de nuevas conexiones neuronales a lo largo de su vida. Estas nuevas conexiones que se forman con la meditaci\u00f3n parecen aumentar el bienestar y mejorar la calidad de su vida. Los cient\u00edficos tambi\u00e9n encontraron cambios en la materia gris, la parte del cerebro que se asocia con la memoria, el sentido de s\u00ed mismo, la empat\u00eda y el estr\u00e9s. La reducci\u00f3n de Mindfulness Based Stress (MBSR) cl\u00ednica utiliza la meditaci\u00f3n para reducir el estr\u00e9s en los pacientes para que recuperen m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido.
