Adem\u00e1s de recomendar a los estudiantes evitar comidas demasiado grasas y copiosas, los investigadores han identificado algunos componentes de los alimentos que pueden ayudar a obtner mejores resultados en un examen. Estos son algunos de ellos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zanahorias. <\/strong>Esta verdura es buena para la memoria. El antioxidante beta-caroteno que contienen las zanahorias puede mejorar los resultados en test de memoria sobre todo si se consume a largo plazo, seg\u00fan un estudio realizado por m\u00e9dicos de Boston y publicado en la revista <em>The Archives of Internal Medicine<\/em>. Sobre todo en la memoria verbal.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/difusioncultural\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/zanahorias-de-colores.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-medium wp-image-3393 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/difusioncultural\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/zanahorias-de-colores.jpg?w=300\" alt=\"zanahorias-de-colores\" width=\"300\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>Salm\u00f3n y at\u00fan. <\/strong>Los \u00e1cidos omega-3, presentes en el salmon\u00a0y el at\u00fan, pero tambi\u00e9n en las nueces y el kiwi, entre otros alimentos, mejoran la memoria y el aprendizaje, seg\u00fan ha demostrado Fernando G\u00f3mez-Pinilla, investigador del Instituto de Investigaci\u00f3n del Cerebro de la Universidad de California.
