{"id":3494,"date":"2015-03-09T12:00:00","date_gmt":"2015-03-09T18:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/difusionculturaluninter.wordpress.com\/?p=3494"},"modified":"2015-03-09T12:00:00","modified_gmt":"2015-03-09T18:00:00","slug":"la-comida-mexicana-patrimonio-de-la-humanidad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/difusioncultural\/?p=3494","title":{"rendered":"La comida mexicana, patrimonio de la humanidad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"font-family:VERDANA;\">La comida mexicana es mucho m\u00e1s que platillos t\u00edpicos de nuestro pa\u00eds, es el reflejo de toda una cultura basada en rituales religiosos, en la magia y el arte.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\" aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/www.clubplaneta.com.mx\/cocina\/gif\/cmexicana1.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p class=\"s-s\">La comida mexicana fue declarada el 16 de noviembre del 2010 patrimonio cultural inmaterial de la humanidad por la Organizaci\u00f3n de Naciones Unidas para la Educaci\u00f3n, la Ciencia y la Cultura (UNESCO).<\/p>\n<p>Lo mismo ocurri\u00f3 con la pirekua, canto tradicional pur\u00e9pecha, y Los Parachicos, la fiesta tradicional de enero en Chiapa de Corzo, Chiapas, las otras dos candidaturas que el Estado mexicano present\u00f3 este a\u00f1o para su inscripci\u00f3n en la lista representativa del patrimonio cultural inmaterial.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/difusioncultural\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/mexicana.jpg\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" size-medium wp-image-3495 alignleft\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/difusioncultural\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/mexicana.jpg?w=300\" alt=\"mexicana\" width=\"300\" height=\"210\" \/><\/a>En el marco de la celebraci\u00f3n de la Declaratoria de la Unesco a favor de la Gastronom\u00eda Mexicana como Patrimonio Cultural Intangible de la Humanidad, la secretaria de Turismo, Claudia Ruiz Massieu, refiri\u00f3 que 30 por ciento de los visitantes extranjeros llegan a nuestro pa\u00eds motivados por la comida.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la clausura del Primer Mosaico Artesanal, Gastron\u00f3mico y Tur\u00edstico (MAGAT), en compa\u00f1\u00eda del gobernador Rafael Moreno Valle Rosas, reconoci\u00f3 a la cocina poblana como una de las m\u00e1s complejas y ricas de la naci\u00f3n, &#8220;es muestra de la sucesi\u00f3n de las culturas que nos han dado identidad, nos invitan a volver&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo anterior, la funcionaria federal consider\u00f3 oportuno llevar a cabo en esta capital la cerebraci\u00f3n del reconocimiento de la cocina de nuestros pa\u00eds como &#8220;patrimonio cultural inmaterial&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>En el acto protocolario, la C\u00e1mara Nacional de Restaurantes y Alimentos Condimentados (Canirac), calcul\u00f3 que M\u00e9xico tiene m\u00e1s 400 mil empresas de este rubro, los cuales dan empleo a mill\u00f3n 300 mil personas, en forma directa, y a otras 3 millones, de manera indirecta, por lo que genera 3.6 por ciento del crecimiento econ\u00f3mico nacional.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La comida mexicana es mucho m\u00e1s que platillos t\u00edpicos de nuestro pa\u00eds, es el reflejo de toda una cultura basada en rituales religiosos, en la magia y el arte.
