Depressionen wirken sich insbesondere auf die Sterblichkeits- und Morbidit\u00e4tsraten aus.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img gefeiert?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-medium-font-size\">Die Ausrufung dieses Tages soll die Bev\u00f6lkerung weltweit auf diese Krankheit aufmerksam machen, anleiten und vorbeugen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-medium-font-size\">Zu den wichtigsten charakteristischen Merkmalen einer Depression geh\u00f6ren anhaltende Traurigkeit, Interessen- oder Freudeverlust an Aktivit\u00e4ten des t\u00e4glichen Lebens (Anhedonie), Isolation, Schlaf- und Appetitst\u00f6rungen, Konzentrationsschw\u00e4che und ein Gef\u00fchl der Symptome:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Schwere depressive St\u00f6rung:<\/strong> Diese Art von Depression gilt als die schwerste, da sie zeitlich verl\u00e4ngert ist und die M\u00f6glichkeit sich wiederholender Episoden besteht.<\/li><li><strong>Anhaltende depressive St\u00f6rung oder Dysthymie:<\/strong> Es handelt sich um eine Art mittelschwerer Depression mit folgenden Symptomen: Verlust des Interesses an normalen Aktivit\u00e4ten, Schlafst\u00f6rungen, geringes Selbstwertgef\u00fchl, Hoffnungslosigkeit, Appetitlosigkeit, Energie- und Konzentrationsmangel.<\/li><li><strong>Wochenbettdepression:<\/strong> Es wird im ersten Monat nach der Geburt oder Entbindung diagnostiziert.<\/li><li><strong>Saisonale affektive St\u00f6rung:<\/strong> Es tritt im Allgemeinen w\u00e4hrend der Wintersaison auf und f\u00e4llt mit der Verringerung der Sonnenstunden zusammen.<\/li><li><strong>Psychotische Depression:<\/strong> Es ist gekennzeichnet durch das Vorhandensein von Halluzinationen oder psychotischen Episoden mit Gef\u00fchlen der Hoffnungslosigkeit, Wertlosigkeit oder Schuld, st\u00e4ndiger M\u00fcdigkeit, sozialem R\u00fcckzug und Reizbarkeit.<\/li><li><strong>Manisch-depressive Krankheit oder Bipolare St\u00f6rung:<\/strong> Es handelt sich um eine dauerhafte St\u00f6rung, die zyklische Stimmungsschwankungen
