Ellos sugieren que esta desregulaci\u00f3n emocional est\u00e1 en el coraz\u00f3n de muchos des\u00f3rdenes psicol\u00f3gicos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa desregulaci\u00f3n de la emoci\u00f3n es un constructo que ha comenzado recientemente a ser estudiado en el contexto de la salud mental, a pesar de&nbsp; que las emociones tienen un papel muy importante en nuestro d\u00eda a d\u00eda\u201d, dice Arela Agaki, psic\u00f3loga residente en la Universidad McMaster en Canad\u00e1 y autora l\u00edder de la investigaci\u00f3n. \u201cEstamos interesados en aprender qu\u00e9 es en realidad la desregulaci\u00f3n emocional verdaderamente, para que podamos estudiarla mejor\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-wp-embed is-provider-ehli wp-block-embed-ehli\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"EWUvqy7lSM\"><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/ehli\/index.php\/2023\/05\/02\/las-5-formas-como-casi-todos-nosotros-confundimos-nuestras-emociones\/\">Las 5 formas como casi todos nosotros confundimos nuestras emociones<\/a><\/blockquote><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" style=\"position: absolute; clip: rect(1px, 1px, 1px, 1px);\" title=\"&#8220;Las 5 formas como casi todos nosotros confundimos nuestras emociones&#8221; &#8212; EHLI\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/ehli\/index.php\/2023\/05\/02\/las-5-formas-como-casi-todos-nosotros-confundimos-nuestras-emociones\/embed\/#?secret=HIlhr68ViZ#?secret=EWUvqy7lSM\" data-secret=\"EWUvqy7lSM\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Para hacer eso, los investigadores condujeron la revisi\u00f3n de literatura comprensiva en el tema de desregulaci\u00f3n emocional, buscando espec\u00edficamente c\u00f3mo era definida y medida la desregulaci\u00f3n emocional en tiempos anteriores. Ellos encontraron investigaci\u00f3n previa en desregulaci\u00f3n emocional y su fusi\u00f3n con otros cinco amplios temas: Activaci\u00f3n cerebral, fisiolog\u00eda, cognici\u00f3n, conducta y experiencia individual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Podemos trazar algunas conclusiones sobre la superposici\u00f3n entre todas las diferentes teor\u00edas que existen para definir a las emociones y la desregulaci\u00f3n emocional\u201d dice Agako. \u201cPor ejemplo, en el caso del miedo, nuestra am\u00edgdala se activa (activaci\u00f3n cerebral), y notamos un mont\u00f3n de cambios en nuestro cuerpo como lo es el incremento en el latido del coraz\u00f3n (fisiolog\u00eda), notaremos pensamientos relacionados con el peligro (Cognici\u00f3n), y podr\u00edan tener una enorme urgencia de huir (conducta) y tambi\u00e9n podr\u00edas tener diferentes formas de describir esta experiencia (experimental).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entender c\u00f3mo las emociones son sentidas y procesadas, podr\u00eda ayudar a los investigadores y cl\u00ednicos a diagnosticar y atender problemas emocionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1500\" height=\"844\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/ehli\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/Why-Its-So-Important-to-Experience-Both-Positive-and-Negative-Emotions0GettyImages-1174870662-3-2000-8c1dd1ccdd9848948f232d34913906e6.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8200\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa desregulaci\u00f3n emocional podr\u00eda presentarse a s\u00ed misma de muchas formas\u201d. Dice Agako. \u201cEn primera instancia, una emoci\u00f3n es activada cuando es necesaria o \u00fatil, una emoci\u00f3n no es activada cuando no es necesitada, la intensidad de la emoci\u00f3n es talvez o muy alta o muy baja para lo que se requiere en el momento, o la emoci\u00f3n dura demasiado y muy poco, de acuerdo a lo que necesitamos. Esto sucede a todos debido a que nuestro cerebro y cuerpos no son perfectos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acuerdo a los investigadores, la desregulaci\u00f3n emocional se vuelve problem\u00e1tica cuando causa un estr\u00e9s significativo o comienza a interferir con la habilidad que uno puede tener para lidiar con las responsabilidades diarias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSi estas situaciones est\u00e1n sucediendo solo un n\u00famero espec\u00edfico de veces, entonces en realidad no causa muchos problemas\u201d, dice Agako. \u201cComo sea, si nosotros tenemos problemas constantemente al manejar nuestro miedo debido a que es muy intenso o hemos quedado atrapados en una tristeza de d\u00edas o semanas, entonces tendr\u00edamos que buscar ayuda de forma que podamos aprender m\u00e1s estrategias sobre c\u00f3mo manejar las emociones de una forma \u00fatil.\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"alignleft size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"168\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/ehli\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/images-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-8201\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Los autores ofrecen unas sugerencias para la gente que est\u00e1 lidiando con mantener a sus emociones bajo control. Por principio ellos sugieren:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Haz tiempo para la emoci\u00f3n, preferentemente en un lugar c\u00f3modo y cuando t\u00fa le puedas dedicar unos minutos a ello sin ser interrumpido.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Identifica c\u00f3mo es exactamente que se est\u00e1 viviendo la emoci\u00f3n en tu cuerpo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trata de ponerle un nombre a la emoci\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reflexiona si la emoci\u00f3n est\u00e1 justificada por la situaci\u00f3n o ser\u00e1 que vino de alg\u00fan otro lugar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Si la emoci\u00f3n est\u00e1 justificada, preg\u00fantate a ti mismo qu\u00e9 te est\u00e1 diciendo la emoci\u00f3n que necesitas en ese momento. \u00bfSer\u00e1 acaso apoyo social? \u00bfEl descubrir c\u00f3mo salir de una situaci\u00f3n de peligro? \u00bfDisculparse ante alguien? \u00bfEl practicar autocompasi\u00f3n?
