La musculatura tambi\u00e9n se ve aumentada de forma considerable con el pasar de la semanas, en caso de llevar una rutina estricta con la alimentaci\u00f3n adecuada.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/legionarios\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/31.jpeg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2386\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/legionarios\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/01\/31.jpeg?w=300\" alt=\"Backache\" width=\"300\" height=\"216\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>El DOMS no debe confundirse con la fatiga, que es dolor experimentado durante el ejercicio. Tampoco tiene relaci\u00f3n alguna con el dolor repentino e intenso provocado a ra\u00efz de alg\u00fan tipo de lesi\u00f3n, desgarro o distenci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Debido a las microruturas en las fibras musculares causadas por el estr\u00e9s f\u00edsico del ejercicio, se produce esa sensaci\u00f3n de dolor en los d\u00edas siguientes. El malestar depender\u00e1 directamente de la intensidad a la que se somentieron los m\u00fasculos durante la rutina en el gimnasio. Las contracciones musculares exc\u00e9ntricas, es decir, aquellas que causan que el m\u00fasculo se contraiga con m\u00e1s fuerza mientras se alarga, tienen una mayor propensi\u00f3n a causar el DOMS.
