Aqu\u00ed hay tres consejos para entrenar tu <strong>mente<\/strong> sin fatigarte y sin renunciar. Estas son estrategias que te llevar\u00e1n al \u00e9xito fuera y dentro del gimnasio.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00daNETE A LOS OPTIMISTAS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dudar de ti mismo puede ser un gran saboteador.
