Completa todos los circuitos que puedas en 15 minutos, con descansos de 60-90 segundos entre series.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tiempo<\/strong>: 15 minutos<\/p>\n<h2>1. Sentadilla con press<\/h2>\n<p>Para conseguir unas piernas dignas de llevar pantalones cortos, tienes que ejecutar dos movimientos a la vez: la sentadilla y el press de hombros. Sost\u00e9n las mancuernas frente al cuerpo, con los codos flexionados 90 grados.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3931\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/legionarios\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/paragrapharticle-8105-56682255ef12f.jpg\" alt=\"paragrapharticle-8105-56682255ef12f\" width=\"800\" height=\"465\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Ejecuta la sentadilla y, a medida que te pones de pie, levanta las mancuernas. Luego b\u00e1jalas. Haz de 8 a 12 repeticiones para conseguir unos m\u00fasculos que den potencia a todos tus movimientos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00fasculos ejercitados<\/strong>: Gemelos, gl\u00fateos, hombros.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Zancada con rotaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\n<p>Con las mancuernas colgando a los lados del cuerpo, levanta el pie derecho y da un paso atr\u00e1s y hacia el lado, situando el pie a las 4. Baja y lanza la pierna adelante, mientras giras el pie izquierdo hacia el derecho y giras el torso a la derecha.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-3935\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/legionarios\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/paragrapharticle-8106-566822f2923a8.jpg\" alt=\"paragrapharticle-8106-566822f2923a8\" width=\"800\" height=\"465\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Recupera la posici\u00f3n inicial. Completa 8-10 repeticiones hacia cada lado para conseguir unas piernas como las de Usain Bolt.<\/p>\n<p><strong>M\u00fasculos ejercitados<\/strong>: Cu\u00e1driceps, flexores de la cadera, tronco.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Remo sobre un brazo<\/h2>\n<p>Sost\u00e9n una mancuerna con una mano, est\u00edrate sobre un banco inclinado y deja colgar los brazos. Tira de la mancuerna hacia arriba sin despegar el codo del costado, luego b\u00e1jala. Haz de 8 a 12 repeticiones con cada brazo y tus dorsales entrar\u00e1n en una nueva dimensi\u00f3n. Elevaci\u00f3n a la turca<\/h2>\n<p>He aqu\u00ed un ejercicio de abdominales con un toque oriental.
