Luego de cinco a\u00f1os, revisaron de nuevo su <b>cerebro<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Algunas habilidades mentales disminuyen a los 30 a\u00f1os, indica el doctor Clinton Wright, autor del estudio.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, los participantes que realizaron <b>ejercicio<\/b> de moderado a intenso, como correr o nadar experimentaron una p\u00e9rdida cognitiva significativamente menor, que la gente sedentaria, en el periodo de cinco a\u00f1os.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-5091\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/legionarios\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/beneficios-de-hacer-ejercicio-regularmente-png.jpg\" alt=\"beneficios-de-hacer-ejercicio-regularmente.png\" width=\"560\" height=\"394\" \/><\/p>\n<p>De hecho, hacer <b>ejercicio<\/b> durante tu vida puede ser tan bueno como retroceder el reloj de tu <b>cerebro<\/b> 10 a\u00f1os, seg\u00fan los modelos matem\u00e1ticos de los investigadores.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Una posible explicaci\u00f3n: La actividad f\u00edsica aumenta el flujo sangu\u00edneo a tu <b>cerebro<\/b>, llevando ox\u00edgeno y otros nutrientes y removiendo toxinas en mayor proporci\u00f3n, explica el doctor Wright.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, el <b>ejercicio<\/b> combate la diabetes, hipertensi\u00f3n e inflamaci\u00f3n, condiciones que pueden da\u00f1ar tu <b>cerebro<\/b> lentamente, agrega.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El doctor Wright, en su calidad de neur\u00f3logo, recomienda a sus pacientes empezar a entrenar si nunca lo han hecho.
