En algunos casos es por un mal manejo de nuestro tiempo. En otros puede que involucre problemas y condiciones m\u00e1s serios como el insomnio. Un nuevo t\u00e9rmino ha surgido gracias a la pandemia que seguimos enfrentando. La fatiga pand\u00e9mica es un esp\u00edritu de rebeli\u00f3n de cansancio, f\u00edsico y emocional,  nos ha llevado a una sensaci\u00f3n de cerebro roto y de niebla mental emocional y que tambi\u00e9n ha influido en un estado de insomnio poblacional como consecuencia a la hipervigilancia personal ante la enfermedad. Nadie estaba preparado para la crisis sanitaria que ocurri\u00f3 desde marzo del a\u00f1o pasado y que seguimos enfrentando sus consecuencias. Gracias al aislamiento temporal que se ha sentido un tanto eterno, muchos han perdido desde la noci\u00f3n del tiempo, su reloj biol\u00f3gico, el manejo de su tiempo durante el d\u00eda, entre otros. Es alarmante ya que seguimos la tendencia de trasnochar incluso cuando ya tenemos sue\u00f1o. El trasnochar en tiempo de confinamiento puede ser atribuido al sentimiento de vivir m\u00e1s. Nos sentimos improductivos debido a que no llevamos el control que sol\u00edamos llevar antes de la pandemia por lo que hacemos actividades que hac\u00edamos en el d\u00eda durante la noche como hacer ejercicio, realizar tareas y trabajos, actividades dom\u00e9sticas como limpieza, pasar m\u00e1s tiempo en nuestro celular manteni\u00e9ndonos al d\u00eda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"750\" height=\"750\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/uninterinforma\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/04\/d7dd0623321ca8ede09799c25cd2c60a.gif\" alt=\"No poder dormir por hacer uso del celular.\" class=\"wp-image-445\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-heading\">Consecuencias de trasnochar<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Claramente trasnochar tiene consecuencias que pueden llegar a ser bastantes da\u00f1inas para nuestra salud.
