Si hacemos unas reflexiones sobre Ansiedad y pandemia COVID 19, es para intentar tener una visi\u00f3n global de como nos afecta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.uninter.edu.mx\/uninterinforma\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/1500x844_estres_ansiedad_covid.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-761\" width=\"643\" height=\"361\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Como ya hablamos anteriormente, en la pandemia, las\u00a0alteraciones alimenticias, y el mal llamado\u00a0ansiedad por teletrabajo, junto con las alteraciones en el sue\u00f1o, son los s\u00edntomas por los que personas como t\u00fa aparecen en nuestra consulta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Como bien se sabe, la ansiedad suele generar una situaci\u00f3n de alerta en el organismo. Esto provoca una activaci\u00f3n corporal de alerta sostenida en el tiempo. Esta, genera que nuestro nivel de activaci\u00f3n a la hora de conciliar y mantener el sue\u00f1o sea superior al adecuado. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Al repetirse d\u00eda tras d\u00eda provoca que cada vez que vayamos a dormir nos activemos aun mas por el miedo a no poder descansar al menos unas horas.
