Sin ella es imposible la formaci\u00f3n de huesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De igual forma, est\u00e1 estrechamente relacionada con la<strong>&nbsp;formaci\u00f3n de dientes,&nbsp;<\/strong>estando adem\u00e1s involucrada en la adsorci\u00f3n de ciertos nutrientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como cualquier vitamina com\u00fan, puede ser adquirida a trav\u00e9s de alimentos o en su defecto suplementos; sin embargo su principal fuente y la m\u00e1s rica es el<strong>&nbsp;sol.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La vitaminada D es esencial para todo, pero m\u00e1xime cuando una pandemia necesita un sistema inmunitario fuerte. As\u00ed, la Consejer\u00eda de Sanidad recuerda a la poblaci\u00f3n que \u00abresulta fundamental para la absorci\u00f3n y el metabolismo del calcio\u00bb. Adem\u00e1s, esta vitamina juega un papel importante en los sistemas nervioso, muscular e inmunitario e, incluso, influye en el estado de \u00e1nimo de las personas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00bfQu\u00e9 alimentos tienen vitamina D?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Los pescados grasos como el at\u00fan, el salm\u00f3n y la caballa se encuentran entre las mejores fuentes de vitamina D, adem\u00e1s del h\u00edgado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otros alimentos que proporcionan esta vitamina en menor cantidad son el queso, las yemas de los huevos y los hongos, como los champi\u00f1ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todos estos productos est\u00e1n al alcance de todos.
